Heating directions: Heat in the microwave for 30 - 60 seconds. Test temperature before use. Do not overheat.
Cold directions: Place in bag. Freeze for 30-60 minutes. To be used as a non-melting cold pack.
Comes tied with twine with directions attached.
Perfect for little one's bumps and bruises. Keep away from eyes due to the fragrance oil being added.
