What are wax melts?

Wax melts are a great alternative to candles! They can allow you to change up the smell of your home easily and it gives you the ability to combine wax melts and create your own unique scent. They also can be a safer option to open flamed candles.

How do I use wax melts?

To use wax melts, you will need a wax warmer. Tea light warmers have a small scentless candle at the bottom of the warmer that will slowly melt and release the scent of the wax melt on top. Electric warmers can be plugged into the wall and will melt the wax melts without a flame.

How long does it take for the wax to "cure"?

Just like fine wine, the longer it "ages" the better. I recommend waiting at least two weeks after the pour date (written on the label) to melt your wax for the best results.

How long will it take for my items to ship?

3-5 business days. It may take longer due to the weather.

My tracking info shows that my package was delivered but I never got it, what do I do now?

It could be due to a tracking error. If you have not located your package, I would wait 24 - 48 hours and then speak to someone at your local post office and see if they can offer any info about the package's whereabouts and/or they can help you file a claim with your tracking number. Once the package has left our hands, we have zero control. We are not responsible for stolen goods.

Do you accept returns?

No, I unfortunately due to the nature of my products I do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please be sure to contact me!
